Four Southern California offices

A property's county can matter to venue and public records, but courthouse assignment depends on the claim and the court's current rules. Any office can take the first call and route it after learning the matter type and location.

Answers before you call

Choosing an office

Does it matter which office I call?
Not for the first call. Any of the four can take it, and we will tell you which county the matter belongs in once we have the property address.
Do I have to visit an office?
No. Most matters run by telephone, email and video from start to finish. If a hearing is set, the governing venue rule and the court's current assignment rules determine where it will occur.
What if my property is outside these four counties?
Call any office. The firm can assess whether the matter is within its geographic and subject-matter scope after learning the facts.
Which office is nearest North County San Diego?
Carlsbad. The office is near the North County Regional Center in Vista. The court's current assignment rules determine whether a matter belongs there.

Tell us the matter type and location.

Those facts help identify the venue rules and public records that may apply.
